St. Joseph Strengths Coaching

The process of coaching involves one-on-one (confidential and free) meetings with a St. Joseph Strengths Coach who has been professionally trained by the Gallup organization. Meetings are based upon the flexibility of participant's schedules. Typically, two meetings are held two weeks apart with optional quarterly meetings for follow-up.

The top three things you will get out of the Coaching sessions are:

1. The Coach will provide you with insight into your top five talents (as determined by the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment).

2. The Coach will explore with you how your strengths can be used personally, professionally and spiritually.

3. The Coach will provide insight into how you can enhance your spiritual journey in a busy world.
